The Five "C"s

This weekend, Chloe and Catherine got to play with their cousins they had not seen in quite a while.  Their names all start with a "C".  There is Cambell, Claire, Camryn, Celeste, Chloe and Catheirne... how neat!!

Daddy's First Sermon

Stephen preached his first sermon on Sunday at Dry Fork Church of Christ.  He did a wonderful job after much preparation.  We are so blessed to have a Daddy who is a Christian, but has also been given the wonderful talent of being able to spread The Word to others!!  We are proud of you Daddy!!

A Great July Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend with some "old" friends.  Jill and her baby, Lawson, who is now 5 months old came for a visit on Friday and Courtney came on Saturday .  We had a great time chatting and "catching up".  Chloe attended a Backyard Bible Club at our neighbor's house on Saturday morning and to make the weekend even more perfect, there was a double rainbow late Saturday afternoon.  Thank you God for your promises and for a great weekend with friends!!

7 Months!!

Wow, how these months are flying by.  Catherine is now 7 months old!!  She continues to do lots of new things each week.  This past week, we had VBS at Lehman Avenue and Catherine went to class for the first time.  She loved it!!  She is not yet crawling, but is getting everywhere by rolling, scooting, etc.  Catherine got her first tooth on June 15th and a second just popped through yesterday!!  She can sit by herself for 15-20 seconds before falling over.  Her hair continues to grow and sticks straight up.  When I wet it down, Chloe says she looks like a boy!!   I am not working a lot this summer and feel so blessed to be able to stay home with both of the girls and cherish each moment with them.

VBS 2012

Last week, we had VBS at Lehman Avenue.  The theme was all aboard the Kingdom Express.  Chloe learned so much and had a great time as well.  Catherine went to class for the first time.  She sat all by herself in the bucket seats and had a great time singing and patting her Bible!!

Kickoff for VBS

We had one hot evening for a kick off for VBS However, in the shade it was not too bad.  The kids let the balloons go that had invitations for VBS.  They also had a "jumpy" blow up castle that Chloe stayed in the whole time we were there.  Great food and fellowship as well!!

A Very Busy Father's Day Weekend!!

We had an extremely busy weekend.  We went to the Hot Rods game on Saturday night and got to go out on the field as Daddy got to throw the "first pitch" of the baseball game.  Chloe got to get her ball autographed by two of the players!!

We also celebrated Grammy's birthday this weekend!! Happy Birthday Grammy!!

Gatlinburg 2012

In June, we spent a week in Gatlinburg with our family and Nanny and Granpa. We had a great relaxing time. We went shopping, ate too much, played miniature golf, went to the aquarium, shopped and swam. What a great vacation!! Painting seashells with Nanny!!
