Last Wednesday, Chloe came home from school early because her stomach was hurting. She complained all night of her stomach hurting. Her heart rate was around 140 all day and throughout the night. Thursday morning she said she did not feel like going to school and she went back to bed..... VERY bad sign. I called her pediatrician and a cardiologist who both said we needed to get the ER. So....we made a trip to Louisville where they monitored her heart all night ( of course she was not in fast rhythm anymore) and ran some other test. Basically they told us they felt like she had a stomach virus which caused the fast heart rate. When we first arrived at Kosair, Chloe was scared to death. By the time we left, she said that she wanted to live there!! She loved all of the attention, watched movies, played games, and got the doctor's autographs in a scrapbook they gave her. Nanny stopped by to visit with Chloe and brought her a Baby Alive, lotion, and nailpolish with a dryer. Mommy gave Chloe a pedicure in the hospital bed. What "fun"!!
Please continue to pray for Chloe and her heart condition. We will meet with a EP doctor on January 30th to discuss the ablation (surgical procedure). Thanks for all of your concern and prayers.

New Year's Eve 2012
We had a wonderful New Year's Eve this year. We went to Opry Mills and ate at the Macaroni Grill and shopped for a while. Then we headed to the Opryland Hotel to see the Christmas lights. (We tried to go before Christmas, but is was TOO crowded!!) When we got back to Bowling Green around 9:30, we went to the church building to sing in the new year. Chloe stayed up until 1:00 am and saw in 2013!!
Cookies for Santa
This year we made chocolate chip cookies for Santa. They did not turn out the best, but Santa did not seem to mind. He ate all of the cookies and drank his milk!!
