On the last day of 1st grade, Chloe and her class received lots of awards for accomplishments throughout the year. Thanks for all of your hard work Mrs. Shirley!!
FCA has a service day each year. Chloe's first grade class went to the park to play and eat and then went to a retirement village where they sang songs, played games and handed out hard candy and Kleenex. The children sang songs and Elizabeth and Chloe played their fiddle/violin. It was a great day!! I am so glad my children are learning to serve others at such as young age.
After Lads to Leaders, we headed down to Mount Dora, Florida. We fell in love with this place. This is a beautiful town with lakes surronding the area. Many describe it as "Old Florida", as it is much diffrent from the touristy towns we typically visit. Who knows, maybe someday we will live there?
We had another great year at Lads to Leaders this year. Chloe particiapted in song leading, Bible reading, photography, painting, Bible Bowl, and puppets. She earned an award for Bible Bowl high score!! What a smart girl!!

My name is Dawn Pitcock and I am proud to call myself a Christian. I am married to a wonderful Christian man. We were married in Jamaica in March 2006. In December 2007, we had our first beautiful daughter, Chloe Elyse Pitcock, who has been such a wonderful blessing to our lives. Stephen and I were blessed four years later in November of 2011 with a second daughter, Catherine Elizabeth. We are also foster parents, but currently do not have any foster children living with us. I work part-time with the early intervention program in Kentucky and the rest of the time I spend on domestic engineering projects!!
