We had our First Annual Girls' Day at church organized by Brooke Simpson. This day gave the girls an opportunity to lead other women in praising God. Chloe read a scripture and did a fantastic job.
We headed to Opry Mills after the New Year to watch Alvin and The Chipmunks. It was so inappropriate that we had to leave. So.... we decided to do something a little more fun!!
We had a good Christmas this year. O'Pa has been sick for quite some time now as he is recovering from some surgeries and has had numerous complications. We missed his enthusiasm this year and pray for a healthier new year.
My name is Dawn Pitcock and I am proud to call myself a Christian. I am married to a wonderful Christian man. We were married in Jamaica in March 2006. In December 2007, we had our first beautiful daughter, Chloe Elyse Pitcock, who has been such a wonderful blessing to our lives. Stephen and I were blessed four years later in November of 2011 with a second daughter, Catherine Elizabeth. We are also foster parents, but currently do not have any foster children living with us. I work part-time with the early intervention program in Kentucky and the rest of the time I spend on domestic engineering projects!!
