On June 19th, we headed to Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky for what was the longest day of my life. I had never felt so helpless as when they rolled Chloe away into the operating room. After 10 hours, her little heart was repaired by Dr. Johnsrude (and the Great Physician). No more WPW!!
My name is Dawn Pitcock and I am proud to call myself a Christian. I am married to a wonderful Christian man. We were married in Jamaica in March 2006. In December 2007, we had our first beautiful daughter, Chloe Elyse Pitcock, who has been such a wonderful blessing to our lives. Stephen and I were blessed four years later in November of 2011 with a second daughter, Catherine Elizabeth. We are also foster parents, but currently do not have any foster children living with us. I work part-time with the early intervention program in Kentucky and the rest of the time I spend on domestic engineering projects!!
