Daddy's Accident

We had no idea what was in store for us in 2020. Around March 18th or 20th, a horrible virus from China came to the United States. This virus was known as the Coronavirus or COVID 19. The government officals mandated a national lockdown where all of the businesses except for the essential ones would close. Our jobs were done via Zoom and the schools went virtual as well. Daddy decided it woudl be a good time to do some woodworking. He was making cubbies for the preschool at FCA. Mommy was inside making communion bread because the worship services went virtual and we worshiped at home as well. Daddy had a horrible accident and cut off two, almost three fingers. Mommy rushed him to the hospital while Grammy watched Chloe and Catherine. From the ER in Bowling Green, we were sent to the hand clinic in Louisville where we were told they would not be able to re-attach Daddy's fingers. It was a lifechanging day for sure!! We will never forget this day, March 23rd!!
